If you go to one of the many restaurants, bars or clubs Bali has to offer and consume alcohol, don’t drive your bike back when intoxicated but take a taxi or be a pillion with one of your friends who didn’t drink. We provide a service to locate and bring your bike back to your villa or hotel the next morning for IDR 150.000.

Getting travel and medical insurance which covers any potential disadvantages during your holiday including illness, injury, death, 3rd party damage, lost vehicle and cancellations is highly advisable.

We are not liable for damage, loss, injury, and death sustained by the hirers riding the bikes or their pillion riders and other people involved in accidents.

Customers are responsible to ensure that every member of their group has proper travel documents as regulated by the government of the Republic of Indonesia.

We are not liable to refund any losses caused by improper documentation and any other travel-related problem including but not limited to cancelled or delayed flights.

We will not entertain any complaints raised after the client’s departure.

We are not liable for any fees paid to the Bali “police” during potential roadblocks.

We are not liable for any illegal conduct or actions against the law of the Republic of Indonesia.

All prices stated on the https://gorillabikerental.com website are originally in IDR and charged as such.

Your order shall constitute authority for us to debit the final total charges against your account and your specific card-issuing organisation.

Prices are subject to change, our website always has the latest available pricing. Once you make a booking your pricing is confirmed.

You must notify Gorilla Bike Rental staff if you become aware of a fault or if the vehicle becomes unroadworthy for any reason. We will replace your vehicle.

Occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, a chosen vehicle might not be available. In that case, we will offer a similar vehicle at no extra cost.

Gorilla Bike Rental requires 100% of the rental fee at the time of booking. The sum must be paid in full before the pickup/delivery date. We will take a copy of your passport for our record.

Rental rates are calculated on the 24-hour clock.

Calculation 1 Day Flexible starting from 00:00 to 12 at night or 1×24 hours

Example: Ms.Fitria  rented our unit from July 5 starting from 1 pm Bali time until July 8 at 8 am Bali time, then –
 Ms. Fitria counted as renting for 3 days.

Free Delivery or free of additional fees for the specified area.

If Helmets & Accessories If the motorbike is lost or exchanged, a charge will be applied; Helmet : IDR 500,000,-
 For accessories please contact our customer service.

Leaking tires after the first day of rental or handover, punctured tires are no longer our responsibility.

We recommend finding the nearest repair shop when the tire punctures or breaks down (Damage or problem costs are charged –
 to tenants).

Tenants are responsible if there is damage to the motor unit or loss of the motor unit, each spare part replacement price will-
 determined according to the price in force at the authorized dealer, this aims to avoid overprice charges.

The lessee is fully responsible for all forms of loss of the motorbike unit and if legal problems arise due to
 errors / negligence in the use of the motorbike during the rental period.

Gorilla Bike Rental has a free cancellation policy. We will only charge you for the days you have kept the vehicle. If you return the vehicle earlier than your order states, we will refund you any balance.

Vehicles must be returned on time, this is the condition of the hire. Late return results in extra hiring costs, so please keep to the agreed return time or notify us 24 hours prior if you wish to extend your rental.

Gorilla Bike Rental operating hours are 09.00-17.30 every day (excluding holidays). Rentals and returns must be made within these hours. Any vehicle return outside the opening hours has to be confirmed by email by Gorilla Bike Rental and is automatically charged 150.000 IDR. Upon return, please note that you can drop your key(s) to Gorilla Bike Rental staff only – not to any hotel reception staff or such due to safety reasons.

Everyone who rents a vehicle from Gorilla Bike Rental must be between the ages of 18 to 71.
A valid Driver’s License from your country or state of permanent residence is mandatory, in combination with an international license. It’s your own responsibility to make sure you have it.

Hirers are responsible for only parking their rented vehicles at designated parking areas. Make sure not to park the vehicle(s) at private properties.

Vehicles are not allowed to be taken off the island of Bali.

Hirers have to wear their helmets at all times. If your helmet is lost or stolen please contact us. We will bring you a new helmet for a 150.000 IDR delivery fee.

We work hard to ensure that our vehicles are in good condition for our customers. As such, our vehicles are rented strictly for use on roads only. Our vehicles are not to be taken off road or onto beaches. Strict financial penalties will be applied to renters taking our vehicles off road or onto beaches, which is illegal according to Indonesian law.

We are not liable for failure to perform our obligation caused by issues beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, power failure, fire, flood, epidemic disease, war, riot and terrorism.

Delivery & Returns

We deliver and pickup for free within Kerobokan, and Seminyak. Fees may apply for delivery and pickup outside of these areas. Please contact us to inquire about exact pricing.

Please note: it is under no circumstance allowed to leave the vehicle behind at the airport or any other area.
